Hey, I’m Janice, Head Ice Creamer at Biancosystem.com. I bring more than eleven years of experience to the table in running a business and I’m a huge lover of ice cream. This is a job that I would never have even thought of growing up, but it’s so much fun now as an adult because I put smiles on peoples’ faces all day long.

I worked as a teacher at a leading culinary school in New York City prior to starting the ice cream business and changing careers.
