Bianco System borns from Bianco Gelaterie, a small company established in 1996 with the aim to offer our experience to propose a range of very innovative activities in the ice-cream production field. Our mission is that of setting up premises characterized by an exclusive style and a highly simplified management of the production process, based on the gelato recipes making procedures and the simplicity of production process. In 2005 our ice cream shops were rated among the 200 best Gelaterie of Italy from the Gambero Rosso guide. We offer to the custome a wide range of solutions, from the "all inclusive" franchising gelateria to the customers supporting in increasing the quality of the ice cream produced, pointing on two basic concepts: low setting up costs and high product quality.
